Question erlating to Remote Access:

When I connect remotely to my [client] desktop I cannot access all my programs, in particular, Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) are not there. Files do not have the correct icons and cannot be opened.

Have you any advice on how to fix this?
