It would seem that you have to be a local admin to shadow the console session. Is there a way to allow this action without giving an account local admin privileges?

I just tested and you dont have to be an admin. It does however appear that you have to have the “logon locally” right.

I granted ‘Allow log on locally’ to a non-admin but still can’t shadow the console session. Any ideas?
