		<description>This worked for me. I even left the value as “printername, winspool, portname” without inserting my actual printername, winspool, or portname. I suspect a minor-ly faulty installation caused this. Also I am using XP x64.</description>

Just a tip, you need to restart Windows once you the change (surprise, surprise) and then attempt to set your printer as Default.</description>

printername and portname can be found on your printer's properties
